The Meadows Apartments
Culver City, CA
The apartment complex had hundreds of units, which were spread over nineteen buildings. The owner was looking to install a new roof system, but the current one was riddled with asbestos. AQHI, Inc successfully removed over 300,000 square feet of composition roofing membrane that was contaminated with asbestos.
Rialto Unified School District
Rialto, CA
The school district underwent a district-wide modernization project, and contracted us to remove floor tile, heater insulation and window putty containing asbestos from over 150 school buildings. This was all completed safely, while school was still in session.
Huntington Pier Colony Condominiums
Huntington Beach, CA
This 200-unit condo complex had a severe mold problem due to leaky showers and bathtubs. AQHI, Inc was brought in to remove the drywall from walls and ceilings that were infested with mold. We also cleaned the structural beams between floors that had mold growth.
Victoria Bridge
Riverside, CA
The Victoria Bridge is a historical vehicle and pedestrian bridge made out of concrete. AQHI, Inc was hired, and successfully removed lead based paint from over 5,000 square feet of the pedestrian walkway area.
